Atlant Telecom

Atlant Telecom is a Belarusian telecommunications company with headquarters in Minsk. It provides internet services, cable and digital television in Minsk and all regional centers.

On August 31, 2000, the company was founded as a foreign private unitary information and service company called "Alternative Digital Network". "Atlant Telecom" trademark was registered a year later. In 2011, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development through the management company Zubr Capital bought 35% of the company.


In November 2016, Telecom Austria Group Holding reached an agreement on 100% share acquisition of Atlant Telecom and its subsidiary Teleset from Zubr Capital Company and European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). 

At the time of sale, user base of Atlant Telecom exceeded 126 thousand of fixed lines customers and 46 thousand of cable TV customers. Currently, the company is working under Velcom brand.
