The management company of Zubr Capital direct investment funds announced the  investment in Softline Group.  After finishing the deal, the companies will be included in the portfolio of Zubr Capital Fund I. In 2017, Zubr Capital has already made three investments, which is a success for a private equity fund. 

Softline is an international group of companies supplying IT solutions and services to the markets of Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. Softline offices exist in 30 countries.  The number of employees is more than 3.5 thousand. The standard investment amount for the fund is up to  10 mln $.

ActiveCloud is a provider of cloud solutions for business; it is a part of the Softline group 2010. The main activity of the company is the provision of cloud infrastructure for hosting corporate systems, applications and websites;  rendering services in audit and migration to the cloud, information security, design and technical support of cloud solutions.  According to IDC and J'son & Partners, analytical agencies, ActiveCloud is one of the five largest providers of cloudy IT infrastructure (Infrastructure-as-a-Service, IaaS) in the CIS, which use more than 50,000 customers.
