To understand this emerging reality, we surveyed 106 founders, investors, and senior executives from the relocated tech community.

This research captures their voices, their challenges, ambitions, and expectations from the ecosystem. It highlights where the relocated community is thriving, where gaps persist, and what both founders and investors believe is needed for sustainable growth.

Our goal is not only to map today’s landscape but to spark conversation on what tomorrow could look like: how to strengthen connections, recycle experience, and build ecosystems capable of competing on the global stage.
